Natalie is known for her role as Kirsty Soames in ITV’s Coronation Street, a role which helped her win Best Newcomer at The British Soap Awards in 2012. She left The Street in April 2013.
A native of Burnley, Natalie’s always had the performance bug young, with dance lessons aged three before joining her local theatre.
She graduated from the Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts in 2003 and in 2004 performed alongside Johnny Vegas in BBC Three’s Ideal. Other work includes a part in the film Clubbed and in the The Persuasionists, a BBC Two sitcom.
Natalie landed her big break in Coronation Street in 2011, as she was working as an estate agent.
The bookies have made her joint favourite at 5 to 1 to win Strictly so the pressure is on.
